As part of our commitment to high-quality care and ongoing improvement, the Healing, Training, and Research Clinic routinely uses brief self-report surveys during therapy to help clients and therapists track progress and guide treatment. These tools support reflective, responsive care and are widely recognized as a best practice in psychotherapy. With client and trainee permission, de-identified information from these routine assessments may also be used for scientific research to better understand what helps therapy work and to improve training and services over time. Participation in research is always optional and never affects the care clients receive.
