24-Hour Late Cancellation Policy/No Shows

Your counselor is committed to working with you. This means that once you schedule an appointment, your counselor will be there for you. We also understand that unexpected circumstances might affect your ability to attend your counseling session.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you no-show and/or do not notify your counselor three (3) times to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment we will:

• Contact you to let you know that you have been returned to the clinic waitlist
• Let you know that your future services will be delayed.
• Your counselor will work with you to determine the best counseling services for you at this time.
